Fight Week Training Room Management

Our team managers will ensure that the hotel is equipped with a standard exercise room so fighters are able to train on a 24-hour basis. The promoter must supply fighting equipment such as wresting mats, kick bags, scales, etc. and we will unload, set-up and uphold a sanitary workout room experience for the week of the event. If an area gym is preferred instead, our team managers will locate it and transport the fighters by means of daily shuttle schedule.

Fight Weight Inspectors

One of the pits that can happen throughout any fight week is fighters not making the approved weight. From the instant the fighters arrive at the hotel, we make sure to put them on the scale to provide the promoter awareness of how far they are from the weight on their contract. In addition, we filter out the fighters that are the farthest from that weight goal and monitor the fighters who are slightly off their contract weight.

Weights and Measures

JAGS will ensure that the authorized scale is certified by the state and make sure that the scale weight is accurate. If there are other scales in the workout room, we will make sure that the scale is certified too.

Medical Fight Management

JAGS will assist in the arrangement of medical appointments for EKG, EEG, Eye exams and other medical services in relation to the commission allowing a fighter to participate. Our team managers will transport and pick-up a fighter for these appointments.

Cut-men

One of the most significant essentials to a victorious fight event, the cut man assures an extensive fight. Our list of qualified cut men is wide-ranging and we bring them to your event.

Fighter Sponsorship & Endorsment opportunities .

Fighter sponsorship packages are available from Jags Sports management. Sponsors, advertisers, and promoters have the opportunity to get maximum exposure through MMA the fastest growing sport in the world. By utilizing the strong relationships we have built over the years, we are constantly creating media and sponsorship opportunities for our clients. JAGS is actively involved in every campaign; designing and implementing marketing strategies that generate brand awareness.

Fight Night Management

The high point of the weeklong experience can also be the most nerve-racking for the promoter, staff, and above all the fighters. JAGS Fight Managers will survey a site in advance and assign dressing rooms based on space and separation of the competitors. Our team managers will escort fighters to their dressing rooms upon arrival and will be assigned specific dressing room(s) to manage. We will distribute water, buckets and towels as well as have a qualified cut man wrap the fighter hands. Once the fighter is wrapped we will ensure the commission inspects the wraps and authorizes the wrap and the taped gloves. When the promoter is ready, we will escort the fighters to the ring or cage and pick them up from the hospital if needed.

Commission Coordination / Weigh-in Management

JAGS operate as a partner with the sports commission on the day of the weigh-in and manage the work vicinity for the doctor and commissions. Our team managers will supervise the fighters and assure a well-organized visit to the paperwork tables and doctors division, and in due course onto the scale. We will line-up the fighters and present them for a prearranged weigh-in, fighter face-off photo and retrieval for the broadcasting of rules and promoter memorandum (if-any).

Video and Photo Shoot Management

We understand that there are production essentials crucial to a great show, such as video, detailed interviews and quality photos. Our team managers will transport the fighters to all appointments for the duration of the week. Working with your staff, we will plan pick-up, drop-off and return a fighter for these appointments.
