Steve Arredondo
I was born and raised in the central side of El Paso, TX. My father, an Army Veteran, was an amateur boxer and encouraged me and my 3 brothers to learn boxing at the infamous San Juan Recreational Center located right up my street. The fighting skills I learned gave me the confidence to stand up for myself growing up. After college, I decided to move to Orange County, California in 1999 for a better opportunity. I was fortunate enough be mentored by highly driven advertising and creative services executive Dennis Morgan. I later worked as a new business developer and became a top producer for several companies including GMAC, Scantron, and Citi Group. I now generate sponsorships for athletes from various companies including NOS energy drink, Subaru, LRG Clothing, Skateboard.com, Derm FX, and Sun Solutions. My mission is to build positive images and public awareness for the athletes I help represent by carefully planning, implementing, and professionally managing creative public relations campaigns. I have a strong marketing background, valuable special events experience and work with a large pool of talented people. I dedicate a portion of my time in helping non-profit organizations build and raise awareness for their cause. I work with the John Bray Boxing Foundation, a non-profit organization that teaches troubled inner city youths how to box in an effort to keep them out of trouble. I am a supporter of Life Rolls On Foundation, a non profit organization dedicated to helping young people affected by spinal cord injury. I am very thankful for having the opportunity to work with various companies promoting talented fighters, painters and musicians.

Andy Mcloughlin
Born in Plymouth, England, Andy “Nyquil” Mcloughlin has an extensive mixed martial arts back grounding beginning at the age of 8 years old. Training until his mid teens under the Tutelage of Jon McClements in Bujinki Karate form in Cheffing. Later extensively studying forms of Judo , Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, and Sambo earning a few belts, medals and titles along the way. I actually lost my first 2 fights and quit for 7 months because I felt I sucked at MMA so I decided to get into pro wrestling in New England, that was very tough, I would wake up after a training session in Pro Wrestling and could hardly walk, There is some stuff a 240lb man should not be doing. After that I wanted to get back into martial arts again, so I did and went on a 10 fight win streak. As an amateur Andy ended up with an amateur fight record of 14-4-0 with 11 knockouts and an impressive Pro record of 26-6-1. Given the name "NyQuil” because I was putting people to sleep quicker than Nyquil. I have been involved in professional MMA fights for 7 years and have made many friends along the way including several UFC stars.
In my early 20s I decided to move to the U.S. for a better life and to get out of the difficult environment I was living in England.

Gary Latham
I'm a father of 3 wonderful children, so thank God I have 4 years military
experience along with many long years as a postal supervisor. I first become
interested in MMA, when I saw this 174lbs, skinny guy wearing a gee, choke
out this 220lbs bodybuilder that looked like he was there to murder
someone. They fought again a few years later, but this time, Ken Shamrock
beat Royce Gracie by decision. So, as I did when I was a kid, I found local
schools of various disciplines off and on but nothing permanent. I have managed and trained a team of amateur fighters, as well as become a consultant for many MMA promotions. I am also an artist; I have designed everything from tattoo designs to oil on canvas. My greatest reward in art was having my painting hang at the State Capital Raleigh, North Carolina for 3 years.
